Courtyard New Braunfels River Village

Was changed twice for meal. Reached out to manager twice. No response or call back. Would not recommend if you like honesty. I called the front desk twice and both times the manager was not there. Both times they told me they would give her the message. Never happened

Staff gave fantastic service! Appreciate extra effort. I made reservations for wrong night - (my fault) and called hotel and Brenda /manager was a huge help in making it right for us! We were attending a funeral - just crazy time. So appreciate their empathy , professional help. They are packed usually - but seem to handle the crowds great! Room was very clean and location really central to many areas. Thanks everyone for your help! Nicely done

Great Location on Guadalupe River. We had a Balcony room with River view and the view did not disappoint. The breakfast at the Bistro was delicious. I had the avocado toast. The bar at the Bistro at night was great as well. The room was spacious.

Stellar family location…. Right on the river and has boat docks, horseshoes, corn hole, swimming pool, large green space, beautiful views… loved it. Room was spacious and had a small balcony (not all do) and was overlooking the pool/greenspace. Will be back!

I had wanted to stay here for quite a while. I gathered my 3 grandkids & off we went for a Sunday night stay. I reserved a room with 2 queens. Upon check in Cynthia was awesome & we were assigned a 3rd floor room with a very nice balcony. The room was very clean, large bathroom with a tub/shower. Room had a mini fridge & microwave. The view was gorgeous of the pool & Guadalupe River. The grounds are beautiful. Lakefront are picnic tables & Adirondack chairs in the nice cold water. There are several piers & my grandkids spent the whole day jumping in the water with a ton of kids. The next morning we had breakfast downstairs in the lobby. Two strawberry french toasts & 2 plates of eggs, bacon, potatoes & toast. Both were delicious. Girls said it was the best french toast they had ever had. Back to the river. I had brought food & lots of water. Evidently on the weekend they have food outdoors, a bar & band. Back to the river. All day long. We did not want to leave. This is now our favorite Marriott hotel. We will return frequently. Thank you for a wonderful time.

BEWARE!!!! Was over charged $432.37 for my room. Manager Stephanie rude and was not helpful. General manager Daniel Pinkerton non is non existent as he didn’t even reply to phone call and email Make sure they give you the rate for each night prior to checking in if you don’t book it online. Also had no water/hot water for 24 hours. Avoid at all costs

My husband and I stayed here for an early anniversary getaway. The hotel was nice and the outdoor area was absolutely beautiful!! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the lake and pool. I also enjoyed sitting at the tables by the lake. The hotel is near many nice restaurants. We purchased the breakfast package. The first day they were out of the many items. We would still visit this hotel again.

Courtyard@New Braunfels cannot be recommended at all. Many employees appear listless and sometimes overstrained; promises are not kept. (incl. their manager - St**ie). Houskeeping seems to be be off-duty most of the time (room not cleaned up 5 times during a 11 nights stay; reminders at the front desk did not help).Laundry service does not exist, contrary to the announcement. The team was not able to have some things cleaned for 3 days The hotel is extremely noisy (poorly soundproofed); unfortunately no one cares that there is silence at night (e.g. playing guitar at 1 a.m. during the week; loud music on the patio,...) Bright spot is the bar with Emily (in the evening) and the colleagues at breakfast. In addition they debited 43 USD too much from my credit card 5 days after my stay

Cute little hotel on the river, super friendly staff, nicely decorated, love the outdoor fireplace and all the cats roaming (to keep the mice away). Not very clean! Our room had debris on the floors, there is ripped furniture in lobby dining area and after ordering a $60 breakfast for 2, a roach crawled across my napkin. The employee kept trying to get it - gross. Noticed old food under dining tables. We got reimbursed and went to Pats Place for a clean and yummy brunch. Last but not least, this hotel has the thinnest floors and walls. You can hear every step above and in the hallway not to mention a group of students down the hall banged on our door after midnight then hid after my husband followed him to his room.
